Shipping, Delivery and Payment

Delivery time within Jeddah: Orders are processed and shipped faster than in other cities.
Outside Jeddah: Orders are processed within 24 to 36 hours from the order date (excluding holidays and weekends), then delivered to the shipping company. Actual delivery time depends on the selected shipping company.
How long the shipment will remain with the shipping company:
All shipping companies: The shipment remains with them for 10 days .
After this period has expired without receiving the shipment, the store is not responsible for its return, and the customer bears all shipping costs.

Current delivery cost: starting from 13 (instead of 35 for a limited time) — time varies by shipping company.
Cash on delivery: Available for an additional fee of 12 riyals .

⛔ If the order is shipped and the customer refuses to receive it or does not receive it for any reason, the customer is responsible for:

Full return shipping and handling fees , even if shipping is free at the time of order.

We deliver to all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and countries around the world.

Payment in installments via Tabby or Tamara:

Pay the first installment upon purchase, and the remainder is paid in installments over 3 remaining months without additional fees.
To use the service: Choose Tabby or Tamara at the checkout page.

If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company, the shipment will be returned to the store.
The store is responsible for keeping the returned shipment for 7 days from the date of arrival .
After this period, the store does not bear any consequences or responsibility for it.

In case of a refund or cancellation request after the order is placed, the following will be deducted:
7% processing fee of order value.
Shipping and return fees are based on the base price (even if shipping is free at the time of purchase).
Refund period: from 1 working day to 21 working days .
