We always strive to provide a unique shopping experience, and we understand that you may sometimes need to return or exchange some products, so we have provided a clear and easy policy that guarantees the rights of the store and the customer.
First: Conditions for return and exchange: The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 24 hours only from the date of receipt .
The product must be unopened and in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.
In the event of an exchange without a defect or manufacturing defect, the customer will bear the shipping costs (round trip) of 46 riyals and an operating fee of 7% of the order value .
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following products:
Underwear and accessories – Hair and personal care products – Software products – Products with promotions or free gifts.
Opened products cannot be exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is proven .
The following conditions are excluded from replacement or warranty: misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, opening or removing the product from its natural state, exposing the product to water when it is not waterproof, performing any external maintenance, or using incompatible accessories that caused a total or partial failure.
In the event of a manufacturing defect within the warranty period specified on the product page, the customer will be compensated with a new product or free maintenance.
The store bears the shipping costs for one day only from the date of receipt , after which the customer bears the full shipping costs.
Devices are warranted by the local agent , and the original packaging must be available when applying for the warranty.
The warranty covers only defects affecting the operation of the basic product , and does not cover breakage, leakage, cables, adapters, or any other accessories, nor does it cover gifts or products included in promotions.
If an order is missing or damaged upon receipt, you must report it within 24 hours, along with a video showing the outer shipping envelope, bill of lading, inner box, and order contents.
After this period, the store does not bear any responsibility.
If the products are included in a promotion, the value of the damaged item will be refunded according to the actual price paid within the promotion, not the original price of the product.
Payment via Mada/Visa/Mastercard: Refund will be made to the same card, or a bank transfer may be made, deducting payment gateway fees.
Payment via STC Pay: The refund will be credited directly to the customer's account, after deducting the payment gateway fees.
Cash on Delivery: The amount will be transferred after contacting the customer (note that cash on delivery fees are non-refundable).
Payment via Tabby or Tamara: The order will be cancelled via the payment gateway, with the gateway fee deducted.
If the customer does not receive the order, they will be notified to return the order. Failure to respond within 3 days will result in a refund, after deducting the shipping and return fees and a 7% operating fee.
Cancellation or return requests after order placement are subject to a 7% processing fee and shipping and return fees based on the base price.
The refund period is from 1 to 21 working days .
Golden Guarantee (Flexible Returns)
In order to ensure customer satisfaction, Rabie Store offers a Gold Warranty option on selected products listed on the product page.
This option allows you to experience the product with complete peace of mind. If it causes you any problems during use (honestly from the customer), you can request a credit of the amount paid instead of a traditional exchange or return.
The credit is issued in-store and is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
The balance can be used for any new purchase, provided that the minimum value of the new order is 49 riyals .
The balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Gold Guarantee is available for the first order per customer only and cannot be repeated or applied to more than one item.
The application for the Golden Guarantee must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product .
Note: Discounted or special offer products may not be covered by the Golden Guarantee unless explicitly stated on the product page.
The store reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with these terms.
