Return and exchange policy

Thank you for your trust in Rabee Store. We always strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. This policy outlines our return, exchange, and warranty terms to protect the rights of both our customers and the store.

First: Conditions for return and exchange

- The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order.

- The product must be in its original condition, unused and unopened, with all accessories and original packaging.

- In the event of a request for replacement or return without a manufacturing defect, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping fees and any fees or costs associated with the request.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges for health products, personal care products, software products, or any products that are excluded or noted on the product page.

Second: Open products

Products cannot be returned or exchanged after they have been opened or used, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

The warranty or replacement does not cover cases resulting from:

Misuse.

- Use contrary to instructions.

- Breakage or damage caused by the customer.

- The product was exposed to liquids or external factors not covered by the specifications.

- Maintenance or modification by an unauthorized party.

- Using accessories or parts that are incompatible with the product.

Third: Warranty and malfunctions

If a manufacturing defect is proven during the warranty period specified on the product page, the store has the right - depending on the case - to:

- Product repair.

- Product replacement.

- Or to compensate the customer as he sees fit.

The warranty does not cover:

- Malfunctions resulting from misuse.

- External breakage or damage.

- Consumable accessories.

- Gifts, free products, or promotional items.

It is also required to keep the purchase invoice and original packaging whenever this is required by the agent or the warranty provider.

Fourth: Shortage or damage upon receipt

In case of shortage, damage or discrepancy in the contents of the order, Rabee Store must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

To enable the store to review the situation and file a claim with the shipping company if needed, you must provide us with clear photos or a video showing:

- bill of lading.

- Outer shipping envelope or carton.

- The entire contents of the shipment.

- The product that is the subject of the observation or objection.

- Any visible damage or deficiency, if any.

The original shipping envelope and packaging, as well as all order contents, must be retained until the review is complete.

After 24 hours have passed since receiving the shipment, or if the required documents are not available, the store may be unable to verify the status or complete the claim process.

Fifth: Refusal to accept and non-receipt of the shipment

If the order is refused or not received within the period specified by the shipping company, or is returned due to incorrect data or for any reason related to the customer, the customer shall bear the shipping and return fees and any fees or costs incurred on the order, even if shipping was free at the time of purchase.

Sixth: Cancellation and Refund

If an order is canceled or returned after the purchase is completed, Rabee Store is entitled to deduct an administrative fee not exceeding 7% of the order value, in addition to shipping and return fees and any fees or costs associated with the order.

These fees apply from the time the purchase is completed, whether the order has been shipped or not.

If the customer benefits from a free shipping offer, the store has the right to charge the actual shipping and return costs in case of cancellation, return, or non-receipt of the shipment.

Any amount due will be refunded after deducting applicable fees and charges in accordance with this policy.

Seventh: Refunds

The amount due will be refunded via the original payment method whenever possible.

If it becomes impossible to return the amount to the original payment method for any technical or systemic reason, the store has the right to add the amount due to the customer’s wallet within the store for use in future orders.

The refund process may take from one business day to 21 business days depending on the bank or payment service provider.

Eighth: Refunds and compensation

Any refund, compensation, reward, or promotional credit granted by the store is added to the customer's in-store wallet.

- The balance can only be used for future in-store orders.

- The balance cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a bank account, or used for any other payment method.

- Refunds do not include the value of credits, compensation, or bonuses awarded free of charge.

- The store reserves the right to modify or cancel any refund, compensation, or promotional offer at any time.

- The store has the right to cancel any credit that was granted as a result of a technical error or misuse of offers or policies.

Ninth: Customer data

The customer is responsible for reviewing the order, selected products, address, mobile number, and payment method before completing the purchase.

The store is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Tenth: Offers and requests

Rabee Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a technical error, a price or stock error, suspected misuse of offers or discounts, or any activity that violates store policies.

The store also reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or extend any offer, discount, gift, or refund credit at any time without prior notice.

Eleventh: The Golden Guarantee

The gold guarantee is available on certain specific products, which are advertised on the product page.

Upon approval of the order, the customer is given a refund credit in the Rabee Store wallet equal to 50% of the product value paid only, excluding shipping fees or any other additional charges.

Terms of the Gold Guarantee:

- The application must be submitted within 7 days of the date of receiving the product.

- The credit is granted only in the Rabee Store wallet.

- The balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.

- The balance is valid for 30 days from the date it is added to the wallet.

- Applies to only one item per customer.

- Applies to only one order per customer.

- Excludes discounted products or special offers unless otherwise stated on the product page.

- Rabee Store reserves the right to reject any order that does not comply with the terms and conditions or in the event of misuse of the program.

Using the Gold Guarantee is considered the customer's agreement to receive store credit under these terms instead of a cash refund or traditional exchange.

  • Completing the purchase process from Rabee Store means that the customer acknowledges reviewing this policy and agrees to all the terms and conditions contained therein.
