Breakdowns and warranty
If the product is examined and it turns out that it is under warranty and has a manufacturing defect that does not work, the customer will be compensated with a new product or product maintenance, and the store will bear the shipping cost for 1 day from receiving the order. After this specified period, the shipping costs will be calculated for returning it to the store and sending it to the customer again with a follow-up on the product. The warranty is provided by the store, and the customer bears the full shipping costs, except for the devices, which are guaranteed by the local agent, and the original product packaging must be available during the warranty
A bill of lading is sent to the customer, and the customer is expected to deliver the product to the shipping company within 4 days from the date the bill of lading is sent to him. The delivery method for shipping companies is agreed with the customer with the customer service team according to the policy of each city, and the policy is canceled if the customer does not deliver the product to the shipping company during this period.
The warranty period is specified on the product page. The warranty is only for faults and does not include any other effects such as misuse or breakage
Note: Any attempt at external maintenance, modification, or deletion of the program or device will void the warranty
