First: Shipping and Delivery

Inside Jeddah city

Orders within Jeddah are processed and shipped faster compared to other cities.


Outside Jeddah

The order will be processed within a period ranging from 24 to a maximum of 36 hours from the date of the order.

(Except for public holidays and weekends).

After the order is prepared, the shipment is delivered to the selected shipping company . The actual delivery time depends on the shipping company and its policies.


Important note regarding delivery to some areas

In some villages, remote areas, and some governorates, shipping companies may not support home delivery.

In these cases , the shipment is delivered to the nearest collection point or branch of the shipping company , and the customer is obligated to collect the shipment from that point.

⚠️ Important Notice:

  • Shipping fees are calculated according to the shipping company's policy.
  • Delivery to the doorstep is not guaranteed in all areas.
  • Failure to deliver to the home door does not entail any refund of the shipping fees paid.
  • Choosing a shipping company when completing an order means the customer agrees to the shipping company's policies and pickup points.

How long does the shipment remain with the shipping company?

The length of time a shipment stays with shipping companies varies depending on each company's policy, and may be less than or more than 10 days .

If the shipment is not received within the period specified by the shipping company, the shipment may be returned to the store automatically .

The store bears no responsibility for any delay in receipt by the customer.


Delivery costs

Current delivery costs start from:

(Instead of 35 riyals for a limited time)

Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company chosen.


Cash on delivery

Available for an additional fee of:

14 riyals


If the order has been shipped and then the customer refuses to receive it

If the order has been shipped, then:

  • The customer refused to accept it
  • Or the shipment was not received for any reason.
  • Or the shipment's retention period with the shipping company has expired.

The shipment is returned to the store .

In this case, the customer bears the responsibility:

  • Shipping fees
  • Return fees
  • And any return shipping fees if it is requested to be sent again

Even if shipping is free at the time of order fulfillment .


Reship the order after it is returned to the store

If the shipment is returned to the store due to non-receipt:

The customer will be notified of the possibility of reshipping the order again .

The customer bears the full return shipping fees according to the shipping company's rates.

If the customer does not respond within 24 hours of the notification being sent, the request will be handled as follows:

  • The amount will be refunded according to the original payment method, if available .
  • If it is not possible to refund the amount to the same payment method (such as the bank rejecting the transaction, the card expiring, or the refund request being delayed),
  • The amount is added as credit to the store's wallet so that the customer can use it for any subsequent order.

The wallet balance is considered an approved refund method in cases where payment systems do not allow refunds to the same payment method.

We deliver to all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .

We also provide international shipping to some countries depending on the available shipping companies.

Pay in installments via Tabby or Tamara

The customer can choose to pay in installments via:

  • Tabi
  • Tamara

Where it takes place:

  • Pay the first installment upon purchase
  • The remaining amount can be paid in installments over 3 months without any additional fees.

Return and Cancellation Policy

If an order is cancelled or refunded after the order has been placed, the following will be deducted:

  • Operating fees of 7% of the order value
  • Shipping and return fees are based on the base price.

Even if shipping is free at the time of purchase .


Timeframe for refund

The refund period varies depending on the payment method used and ranges between:

One working day to 21 working days

This is according to the systems of payment companies and banks.
