First: Shipping and Delivery

Inside Jeddah city

Orders are processed and shipped within Jeddah city as quickly as possible according to available operational capacity.

Outside Jeddah

Orders are processed within 24 to 36 business hours from the date of order confirmation, excluding public holidays and official holidays. Once processed, the shipment is handed over to the selected shipping company. Delivery time is subject to the shipping company's policy and the destination city.

remote areas and villages

Home delivery may not be available in some villages, remote areas, and governorates. In these cases, the shipment will be delivered to the nearest branch or collection point of the shipping company, and the customer is responsible for collecting it from that location.

Important Notice

Shipping fees are calculated according to the shipping company's policy.

Delivery to the doorstep is not guaranteed in all areas.

- Failure to deliver to the home door does not entitle the shipping fee to a refund.

Completing the order means the customer agrees to the shipping company's policies and its pickup points.

Shipment storage time

The length of time a shipment remains with the shipping company varies depending on each company's policy. If the shipment is not collected within the specified period, it may be automatically returned to the store, and the store is not responsible for any delays in collection by the customer.

Delivery fees

Shipping fees start from 13 Saudi Riyals, and may vary depending on the city, shipping company, shipment weight, or offers available at the time of order.

Second: Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery service is available for an additional fee of 22 Saudi Riyals.

Rabee Store reserves the right to make the service available or discontinue it for certain customers or regions in accordance with the store's policies and shipping companies.

Third: Failure to receive the shipment

If the shipment is refused or not received within the period specified by the shipping company, or is returned for any reason related to the customer, the customer shall bear the shipping fees, return fees, and any fees or costs associated with the order, even if shipping was free at the time of order execution.

Fourth: Reshipping the order

If the shipment is returned to the store due to non-receipt, it can be resent after payment of the return shipping fee according to the approved shipping company's rate.

If the customer does not respond within 24 hours of being notified of the arrival of the returned shipment, the store has the right to cancel the order and take appropriate action in accordance with this policy.

Fifth: Refunds, compensation, and portfolio

Rabee Store may offer refunds, promotional credits, compensation, or purchase rewards as part of certain offers and marketing campaigns.

- Refunds, compensations, and promotional credits are added to the customer's in-store wallet.

- The balance can only be used for future in-store orders.

- The balance cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a bank account, or used for any other payment method.

- Refunds do not include the value of credits, compensation, or bonuses awarded free of charge.

- The store has the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any offer or refund at any time.

- The store has the right to cancel any credit or compensation granted as a result of a technical error or misuse of offers or policies.

Sixth: Delivery areas

Rabee Store provides shipping to all cities and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

International shipping may also be available to some countries depending on the shipping companies and services available at the time of order.

Eighth: Installment plans through Tabby and Tamara

The customer can benefit from the installment services offered by Tabby or Tamara according to the terms and conditions of the service provider, and final approval is subject to the policies of the service provider.

Ninth: Cancellation and Refund

If an order is cancelled after the purchase is completed, Rabee Store is entitled to deduct an administrative fee not exceeding 7% of the order value, in addition to shipping and return fees and any other costs associated with the order.

These fees are calculated from the time the order is confirmed, whether the order has been shipped or not.

Tenth: Refunds

The amount due will be refunded via the original payment method whenever possible.

If it becomes impossible to return the amount to the original payment method for any technical or systemic reason, the store has the right to add the amount due to the customer’s wallet for use in future orders.

The refund process may take from one business day to 21 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.

Eleventh: Customer data

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping and contact information entered when completing the order, and the store bears no responsibility for delays, cancellations, or any additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Twelfth: Offers and Requests

Rabee Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a technical error, a price or stock error, suspected misuse of offers or discounts, or any activity that violates store policies.

The store also reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or extend any offer, discount, gift, or refund credit at any time without prior notice.

Completing an order at Rabee Store means the customer's full agreement to all the terms and conditions, shipping, payment and return policies announced in the store.
